Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of service through friendly, clean, and safe facilities
• Perform regular cleaning, maintenance, and preparation of areas and equipment
• Monitor pool safety and respond to incidents as required
• Engage with customers of all ages and abilities

Requirements

• NPLQ qualification or equivalent
• First Aid at Work
• Ability to pass an Enhanced DBS check
• Competent swimming ability
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexibly on a rota basis
