Responsibilities

• Ensure the best levels of service are achieved for customers through friendly, clean, and safe facilities
• Perform regular cleaning, maintenance, and preparation of areas and equipment
• Maintain a safe environment for all pool users
• Work flexibly across the team to support leisure center operations

Requirements

• NPLQ qualification
• Ability to swim competently
• Enhanced DBS check
• First Aid at Work (desirable)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Team-oriented approach
• Ability to work flexibly on a rota basis
