Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly, clean, and safe pool environment for all customers
• Patrol swimming areas and respond promptly to emergencies
• Deliver excellent customer service and support an inclusive atmosphere

Requirements

• NPLQ qualification or equivalent
• Competent swimming ability with a swim test during interview
• Enhanced DBS clearance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexible approach to working a weekly rota including weekends
• Genuine passion for the leisure industry
