Lifeguard

Responsibilities

• Observe and patrol the pool area to enforce safety regulations and ensure guest security.
• Assist swimmers in danger and respond immediately to emergencies.
• Provide excellent guest service by greeting visitors, distributing towels, and assisting with seating.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the pool deck, health club area, and facilities.
• Identify and report any maintenance issues, hazards, or equipment defects to the appropriate departments.
• Perform minor maintenance on pool equipment and ensure all furniture is correctly placed.
• Facilitate consistent pool safety programs and maintain necessary documentation.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in First Aid, CPR, and resuscitation techniques.
• Strong knowledge of swimming pool safety, equipment, and emergency procedures.
• Ability to maintain a safe work environment and identify potential hazards.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and resolve complaints effectively.
• Physical ability to perform patrolling, lifting, and cleaning duties.
