Lifeguard

Responsibilities

• Monitor pool and beach areas to ensure guest safety at all times
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies or rescue situations
• Enforce safety rules and guidelines to prevent accidents
• Maintain rescue equipment and ensure readiness at all times
• Provide first aid and CPR when required
• Communicate professionally with guests and team members

Requirements

• Valid Lifeguard Certification (international or UAE-recognized)
• Strong swimming skills and physical fitness
• CPR and First Aid certification required
• Ability to remain alert, focused, and calm under pressure
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
