Responsibilities

• Constantly monitor the pool and pool areas, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Manage the pool and common areas, including the arrangement, tidying, and operational cleaning of sunbeds and umbrellas
• Welcome members and guests with a friendly and professional approach, offering operational support when necessary
• Perform water parameter checks and record them according to internal procedures
• Promptly report any anomalies, critical issues, or needs for intervention to the Pool Supervisor or Facility team
• Collaborate with the team to maintain order, decorum, and high standards throughout the area

Requirements

• Valid lifeguard certification (indispensable requirement)
• At least 3 years of previous experience in a similar role (preferably in clubs, hotels, sports centers, or structured environments)
• Ability to work in a team, reliability, attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility
• Availability and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• English language proficiency is preferred
