Lifeguard

Responsibilities

• Welcome, listen to, and serve club members
• Monitor swimming pools and infrastructure including saunas, hammams, and jacuzzis
• Enforce safety instructions and internal rules and regulations
• Intervene in the event of accidents or illness
• Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the pool area
• Perform daily measurements of chlorine, pH, and other pool parameters

Requirements

• Possession of the BSSA (brevet de secourisme et sauvetage aquatique)
• Previous successful experience in a similar work environment
• Annual certification renewal for the BSSA
• Bilingual in French and English; Dutch is a plus
• High level of flexibility regarding time and priorities
• Strong interpersonal, team, and customer service skills
• Ability to work autonomously and remain calm under stress
