Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and execute lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging
• Build segmented and personalized messaging strategies tailored to the user funnel
• Develop automated workflows and behavioral triggers to drive signups and engagement
• Own onboarding and early-engagement messaging to reduce patient drop-off
• Run A/B and multivariate tests to optimize messaging, timing, and channel mix
• Analyze campaign performance and user behavior to identify conversion opportunities
• Partner with Analytics, Design, and Brand teams to optimize the user journey
• Manage lifecycle marketing tools such as Customer.io, Braze, or Iterable

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing
• Experience in a consumer or DTC environment with a focus on acquisition and conversion
• Hands-on experience managing multi-channel flows (email, SMS, push, in-app)
• Strong understanding of funnel segmentation and behavioral targeting
• Ability to write and iterate on consumer-facing copy
• Data-driven approach to testing and optimization
