Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle strategy and execution to drive loan volume, LTV, retention, and cross-sell
• Establish audience segmentation using behavioral and real-time data
• Design and analyze rigorous A/B and multivariate tests
• Build and scale strategic programs to move customers across the product portfolio
• Partner with Data Science, Product, Creative, and Legal to build measurement models

Requirements

• 6+ years of marketing experience with a highly analytical mindset
• Degree in economics, engineering, statistics, math, or equivalent experience
• Proven track record in a test-and-learn environment
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders with evidence-backed perspectives
• Proactive, hands-on approach to campaign execution

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, lending, or regulated B2C categories
• Knowledge of compliance (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CCPA/CPRA)
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with Braze
• Exposure to incrementality, geo-holdouts, MMM, or MTA
• Experience scaling SMS, push, or in-product channels
