AtoB is building Stripe for Transportation — modernizing the payments infrastructure for trucking and logistics. We aim to center our customers in every way, offering world-class customer experience and building products that work with the unique constraints of their daily lives.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy and execution, from onboarding sequences to win-back campaigns
  • Build and optimize complex, multi-channel email flows in HubSpot to guide customers through onboarding and feature adoption
  • Design and execute targeted campaigns based on customer behavior and usage patterns
  • Run rigorous A/B tests on subject lines, messaging, timing, and audience segmentation
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success
  • Leverage AI-driven workflows to automate tasks and scale creative production
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer engagement data to surface actionable insights
  • Maintain rigorous quality standards and brand consistency across all communications

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or customer engagement
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot and modern email marketing platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with fluency in interpreting marketing metrics and A/B test results
  • Demonstrated ability to work with AI-driven tools like Claude Code or Cursor
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills for diverse audiences
  • Ability to thrive in high-growth, ambiguous environments with a builder mentality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS
  • Familiarity with SQL or experience pulling data from analytics platforms
  • Background in growth marketing or product-led growth (PLG)
  • Experience in high-growth startups
