About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own Prosper's lifecycle marketing strategy across all products
  • Design and execute structured experimentation and A/B testing roadmaps
  • Operate and optimize the lifecycle platform, specifically Customer.io
  • Analyze performance metrics including conversion, retention, and engagement
  • Create compelling email and SMS copy using behavioral psychology
  • Build scalable systems, dashboards, and segmentation frameworks
  • Partner with Engineering, Clinical Operations, and Product teams

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in marketing or growth
  • At least 2 years focused on lifecycle marketing
  • Hands-on expertise with platforms like Customer.io, Braze, Iterable, or Klaviyo
  • Strong analytical skills using Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL
  • Proven ability in copywriting for email and SMS
  • Experience managing segmentation, triggers, and personalization logic
