Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end lifecycle strategy for engagement, retention, and loyalty across the full customer journey
  • Build and scale CRM programs across email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging using advanced segmentation and automation
  • Drive retention and reduce churn by developing proactive save, win-back, and re-engagement journeys
  • Design loyalty frameworks to turn repeat usage into durable habits
  • Craft compelling lifecycle messaging and value propositions aligned with brand strategy
  • Run a rigorous test-and-learn engine using A/B and multivariate testing and cohort analysis
  • Partner with Research and Data Science to turn user insights into actionable strategies
  • Maintain high operational standards for email deliverability, IP reputation, and message frequency

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience leading Lifecycle Marketing (CRM, retention, engagement, or loyalty) in a B2C environment
  • Proven track record of scaling lifecycle programs for consumer mobile apps
  • Hands-on expertise with Braze and cross-channel automation (email, push, SMS, in-app)
  • Highly analytical mindset with ability to use data to design experiments and measure performance
  • AI-first approach to work, using AI tools to scale copy, segments, and automation
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience in fintech or financial wellness is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic startup environments
  • Ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution
