Lifecycle Marketing Executive/Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to engage, retain, and re-engage customers during key milestones of the customer lifecycle.
• Create and execute email, in-app, and push notification campaigns, including copywriting and design assistance.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign content, frequency, and audience variations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to perform insight segmentation and data analysis to understand the customer base.
• Partner with Product Managers to lead new product feature launches using lifecycle marketing channels.
• Manage audience building, segmentation, and project management for API-based campaigns.
• Analyze data constantly to plan strategies and increase traffic and engagement contributions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• 3 years of experience in a similar lifecycle marketing field.
• Practical knowledge of CLM tools such as Braze, Airship, Moengage, or similar email automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of web analytics, with experience in Google Analytics preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong critical thinking, technical, and data analysis skills.
• Ability to translate quantitative and qualitative insights into targeted marketing strategies.
