About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own lifecycle flows end-to-end by building and optimizing automated journeys across email, push, in-app, and WhatsApp.
  • Define the communication framework and segmentation strategy using behavioral data and product usage.
  • Drive cross-sell motions to move users from core services into new products like Digital Gold and NRI Banking.
  • Manage the engagement calendar, including scheduled campaigns, time-sensitive nudges, and frequency capping.
  • Partner with product and growth teams to support new feature launches and GTM pushes.
  • Execute a rigorous A/B testing agenda for copy, timing, and channels to measure incremental impact.
  • Monitor business metrics such as activation, repeat rate, retention, and cross-sell performance.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as MoEngage, CleverTap, Braze, or WebEngage.
  • Solid understanding of segmentation, event-based triggers, and multi-channel campaign logic.
  • Data proficiency with the ability to interpret funnels and cohorts; experience with SQL, Looker, Amplitude, or Databricks is a plus.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write engaging push notifications and subject lines.
  • Strong product marketing instinct to communicate user benefits effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing cross-sell or multi-product lifecycle motions.
  • Familiarity with financial products, remittances, or NRI banking.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup or early-stage environment.
