About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute multi-channel demand generation across email, LinkedIn, ABM, and content syndication
  • Build complex, trigger-based nurture sequences for various stages of the buyer journey
  • Use Palantir cohort intelligence to drive hyper-personalized segmentation
  • Own HubSpot program execution including workflows, sequences, lists, and A/B testing
  • Manage global email compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL) across U.S., EU, and APAC
  • Own the end-to-end lead scoring model and MQL-to-SQL handoff process
  • Build operational reporting views for sales reps regarding unowned leads and stalled pipeline

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of hands-on B2B demand generation, marketing operations, or CRM experience
  • Deep, end-to-end HubSpot expertise including workflows, lead scoring, and reporting
  • Advanced marketing automation experience with branching logic and suppression rules
  • Proven track record of sales alignment and defining lead quality standards
  • Strong command of global email compliance regulations
  • High data literacy and ability to troubleshoot misconfigured workflows or data gaps

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Palantir, Snowflake, or enterprise data intelligence platforms
  • Hands-on experience with ZoomInfo or Lusha integrated with a CRM
  • Background in B2B e-commerce, electronic components, or technology procurement
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM) experience with account-level reporting
  • Experience with AI-assisted lead scoring or GPT-powered enrichment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Information Systems
