About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide financial advice and customized solutions to clients inheriting assets via a phone-based platform
  • Build comprehensive financial plans using brokerage products including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and annuities
  • Conduct meaningful, consultative conversations to uncover client needs and help them achieve long-term financial goals
  • Triage client requests and make referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on asset thresholds
  • Manage the end-to-end client experience, including issue resolution, research, and communication
  • Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities in alignment with regulatory policies

Requirements

  • Series 7 license is required
  • Series 66 license or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire
  • Minimum of 1-2+ years of financial advisory or investment experience in the financial services industry
  • Proven experience in a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively and confidently with clients

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline
  • 1-2 years of relevant professional work experience
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
