Life Services Financial Solutions Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide financial advice and customized solutions to clients inheriting assets via a phone-based platform.
• Build comprehensive financial plans using brokerage products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and annuities.
• Conduct meaningful, consultative conversations to uncover client needs and help them achieve long-term financial goals.
• Manage the end-to-end client experience, including issue resolution, research, and client retention.
• Triage client requests and make referrals to appropriate internal business partners based on asset thresholds.
• Mitigate and control risk by adhering to internal and regulatory policies, procedures, and processes.

Requirements

• Must hold Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or equivalent; Series 66 must be obtained within 90 days of hire).
• Minimum of 1-2 years of financial advisory or investment experience within the financial services industry.
• Proven experience in a sales environment where performance goals were met or exceeded.
• Ability to engage clients confidently and communicate effectively to uncover life priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business-related discipline.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• 1-2 years of relevant professional work experience.
