Life Sciences Strategy Lead

About the Company

Forus is building an AI-powered network that connects doctors, pharmacies, payers, and biopharma to accelerate new science to patients. Our platform automates the complexity between a doctor prescribing a medicine and a patient starting treatment, including insurance coverage, financial assistance, and supply chain navigation.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth, strategy, and long-term success of a portfolio of life sciences partnerships
• Develop a deep understanding of partner objectives and identify expansion opportunities
• Help define partnership models, pricing approaches, and commercial strategy
• Partner with engineering and operations teams to shape roadmap priorities
• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive measurable impact
• Explore and execute on new strategic partnerships and products
• Work with the CEO to make business decisions balancing growth and profitability

Requirements

• 2–10 years of experience in consulting, business development, investing, or business operations
• Experience with structured problem-solving and executive engagement
• Commercial instincts and ability to evaluate business tradeoffs
• Comfort working with data and technical teams (SQL and low-code tools)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Track record of delivering on goals in fast-paced environments
