Life Sciences Solutions Consultant, CRM & Data Management

Responsibilities

• Lead client meetings and demonstrations to document business requirements and transform them into technical solutions
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to evaluate and deliver CRM, data, and related technology solutions
• Perform implementation, configuration, and ongoing administration for CRM and content management systems
• Manage data feeds and integrations to and from CRM, including troubleshooting and monitoring
• Execute CRM enhancement, integration, reporting, and data quality initiatives
• Contribute to CRM data management, integration, and governance best practices

Requirements

• 7–10 years in pharmaceutical sales operations, commercial systems, CRM administration, or related data management roles
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience configuring Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault CRM, or Salesforce.com-based applications
• Proficiency in data integration mechanisms, including APIs, flat files, and scheduled data feeds
• Strong data analysis skills using tools such as Snowflake, SQL Server, Tableau, Power BI, or Microsoft Excel
• Deep knowledge of the life sciences/pharmaceutical industry, specifically regarding HCP and HCO customer data

Preferred Qualifications

• BA/BS from an accredited college or university
• Certifications in Salesforce.com, Veeva CRM, Vault CRM, Veeva Vault Platform, or OCE
• Familiarity with Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and customer data governance
