About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead life sciences sector strategy across the UK and Ireland
- Drive business development, bids, proposals, and client engagement
- Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders and strategic clients
- Support project delivery, quality, financial performance, and compliance
- Mentor staff and help attract and retain talent
- Promote innovation, governance, risk management, and quality assurance
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in the life sciences sector
- Strong network in London and/or national frameworks
- Experience in consultancy, project management, and cost management
- Ability to secure new business and write strong bids
- Commercial acumen and understanding of consultancy delivery models
- Confident communication with senior stakeholders
