About the role
Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts including vendor, licensing, clinical trial, and R&D agreements
- Advising corporate clients directly with pragmatic, business-oriented legal advice
- Working in a large, fast-paced environment with high professionalism
Requirements
- 2 to 15 years post-qualification experience in life sciences, pharma, or biotech
- Experience in a law firm advising pharma or life science clients
- Experience providing legal advice on regulatory matters including MHRA/EMA marketing
- Right to work and eligibility to practice as a lawyer in the UK
- Strong commercial understanding and interpersonal skills
