Life Sciences Consulting – EU Market Access

Responsibilities

• Conduct secondary research to build materials for primary market research and therapy area overviews
• Create disease background profiles, treatment algorithms, and competitive landscape analyses
• Develop primary market research materials including discussion guides, screeners, and stimulus for KOLs and payers
• Participate in and moderate primary interviews and workshops such as advisory boards and evidence generation sessions
• Analyze interview outputs to identify trends, key insights, and strategic solutions
• Leverage research findings to develop impactful client presentation decks and final reports
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders and executive leadership

Requirements

• 2.5 to 7 years of experience in life sciences strategy, commercial strategy consulting, or market access
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in life sciences-related fields (e.g., Pharmaceutics, Biotechnology, Pharmacology)
• Strong knowledge of EU market access, including HTA rules in top markets and EU-HTA regulations
• Proven therapeutic area expertise
• Advanced MS Excel skills and strong business analysis capabilities
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA in Pharma, Healthcare, or General Business
• Experience in commercial strategy projects such as opportunity assessment, brand planning, and TPP research
• Experience in market access projects including payer strategy, pricing research, and value story development
• Experience working in specific therapeutic areas such as oncology, immunology, rare diseases, or cardiovascular diseases
