Life Science Veeva Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement planning, budgeting, staffing, and delivery for complex client engagements
• Manage executive client and sponsor relationships to drive alignment on solutions and outcomes
• Lead clinical transformation initiatives, including operating model changes and process redesign
• Apply technologies such as GenAI, AI, machine learning, and automation to improve clinical and business processes
• Drive business development efforts, including pursuits, proposal development, and pricing strategy support
• Mentor and provide clear guidance to team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of consulting experience
• 6+ years of life sciences industry experience in pharmaceutical R&D or regulatory affairs
• 6+ years of experience leading and delivering end-to-end engagements with multi-location teams
• Experience with submissions management, labeling, CMC change control, or lifecycle management
• Ability to travel 50% on average

Preferred Qualifications

• Veeva certification
• Experience leading proposal development and pursuit activities
• Experience delivering strategic engagements for large global organizations
• Experience presenting to executive stakeholders
