Life Sales Agent

Responsibilities

• Market life insurance policies to potential and existing members in a high-volume, low-pressure sales setting
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand members' financial goals and risk tolerance
• Provide clear and concise information on policy options, benefits, and costs
• Help members complete necessary paperwork and ensure all documents comply with industry regulations
• Develop working relationships with Property and Casualty Sales Partners to identify lead development opportunities
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to enhance member relationships and diversify product use
• Deliver legendary service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or in person
• Develop and execute an individual business plan to meet sales goals and quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Valid Driver's License with an acceptable DMV record and minimum liability insurance
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Life Insurance License in the selling state within 30 days
• Ability to maintain all required state licenses, appointments, and continuing education requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Advanced interpersonal skills and a highly competitive, persistent nature

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in insurance sales or general sales
