Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of warm leads through inbound and outbound calls
• Master life insurance products to provide tailored solutions for clients
• Build lasting relationships by understanding client needs and providing advice
• Meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure compliance and service standards

Requirements

• Willingness to obtain an LLQP license (training provided)
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada
• Strong communication and articulation skills
• Resilience and a drive to succeed in competitive environments
• Growth mindset and openness to feedback
