Life Enrichment Associate II

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing meaningful activities for participants
• Write, design, distribute, and evaluate the monthly life enrichment calendar
• Inventory, purchase, and stock supplies and equipment
• Drive the bus for scenic rides and group outings
• Serve as Director in their absence, providing support for timecard administration and budget compliance
• Observe and communicate resident needs and responses to appropriate staff
• Compile data for reporting and perform clerical tasks

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of experience in recreational programming
• Valid Colorado driver's license in good standing
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to handle objects up to 50 pounds occasionally
