About the role
Responsibilities
- Support people with disabilities in their daily projects
- Assist with intellectual stimulation and project implementation
- Accompany roommates in leisure activities
- Help with daily tasks such as grocery shopping and meal preparation
- Assist with home maintenance and hygiene acts
Requirements
- Diploma in ADVF, DEAES, Bac Pro, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a life assistant (auxiliaire de vie)
- Valid Driver's License (Permis B)
- Patient, benevolent, and good listener
- Strong interpersonal and adaptation skills
- Rigorous and punctual
