About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute prospecting and linkage plans with secondary and preparatory schools.
- Participate in educational fairs, talks, and events (both in-person and online) to generate leads.
- Follow up with interested prospects and guide them through the enrollment process.
- Ensure accurate capture and regular updating of prospect information in the institutional CRM.
- Identify new prospecting sources and strengthen relationships with schools and strategic allies.
- Drive referral strategies and activities to meet campus enrollment goals.
Requirements
- University degree in Marketing, Administration, Communication, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, customer prospecting, or promotional activities.
- Experience in customer service or within the educational sector.
- Strong effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with strong organizational abilities.
