Responsibilities

• Support youth in identifying and achieving education and employment goals
• Collaborate with educational providers to align programming with career aspirations
• Develop community partnerships and secure internships, jobs, and enrichment opportunities
• Provide daily scheduling support and help youth create individualized life plans
• Facilitate life skills groups focused on budgeting, nutrition, job readiness, and social-emotional skills
• Assist with resume writing, job searches, interview prep, and employment retention
• Support transitions to independent living by connecting youth with community resources

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in career counseling or related field
• Minimum of two years’ experience in case management or vocational development
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license
