About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute the university's promotion plan with partner schools and prospects to increase student enrollment.
- Provide personalized attention to assigned schools and manage follow-ups with prospective students.
- Present academic programs using value-based sales presentation models.
- Ensure the achievement of weekly enrollment goals and student retention targets.
- Participate in marketing activities, including fairs, events, and exhibitions.
- Validate and manage databases provided by executives to ensure accurate lead tracking.
Requirements
- Completed professional degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably with intangible products (education, finance, insurance, or telecommunications).
- Proven experience in sales closing and corporate sales.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage promotional campaigns and lead generation.
