Líder Operativo de Delegaciones Internacionales

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and redesign operational mobility flows for faculty and visiting professors to ensure efficient response times.
• Monitor regional performance indicators for international delegations to evaluate operational reach and progress.
• Supervise the application, tracking, and verification of external funding, with a specific focus on European Union funds.
• Document and archive evidence of applied knowledge, teaching, and research resulting from international academic stays.
• Manage the deployment and operation of scientific residency models for international students in collaboration with various schools.

Requirements

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or a related field.
• Fluent bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Proven experience in complex system diagnosis and process optimization.
• Proficiency in data science tools and evidence-based metrics analysis for decision-making.
• Experience managing external funding, international resource verification, and grant application processes.
