Líder Nacional de Hub's Logísticos

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the storage and operation strategy for the national network of logistics hubs
• Ensure operational efficiency, service quality, and profitability across the network
• Lead hub openings, operational optimization, and comprehensive resource management
• Align the supply chain with Planning, Traffic, and Customer Service departments
• Manage national hub operations, including budgets and infrastructure
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization
• Lead logistics teams and support talent development
• Control key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service, inventory, productivity, and costs
• Implement distribution strategies including warehousing, cross-docking, and last-mile delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration (LAE), or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in logistics and warehouse management
• Intermediate English proficiency
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on results and decision-making
• Full availability for constant travel to national hubs
