About the role
Responsibilities
- Follow up on IT incidents affecting assigned business areas to ensure all reported issues are addressed.
- Prioritize incidents based on impact and urgency to ensure alignment with operational needs.
- Manage medium-complexity incidents from initial report through to final resolution.
- Implement corrective maintenance and optimizations to verify that related incidents have been successfully resolved.
Requirements
- Completed degree (100% credits) in Systems Engineering, Informatics, Computer Systems, or Administration.
- Experience using ServiceNow for incident management and report generation.
- Proven experience in IT incident management processes.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level).
- Knowledge of ITIL or COBIT best practices.
- Basic knowledge of the insurance industry.
- Experience working in a Service Desk, IT Customer Service, or IT Support role within companies of 200+ employees.
