Responsibilities

• Lead the comprehensive strategy for the Center for Linkage and Professional Development (CVDP) at the Querétaro campus.
• Translate regional and national CVDP strategies into actionable campus plans aligned with institutional priorities.
• Drive student and alumni employability through high-impact experiences, services, and strategic alliances.
• Manage strategic linkages with employers, training partners, and external allies to generate job opportunities, internships, and mentorships.
• Coordinate with academic leaders, faculty, and institutional areas to strengthen professional preparation and career transitions.
• Analyze and communicate area results through executive reports and key performance indicators to support data-driven decision-making.
• Lead and develop the campus team through continuous feedback, priority setting, and capacity building.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Human Development, Education, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate linkage, networking, institutional relations, employability, or professional development.
• Solid experience in team leadership and managing projects or services within educational or talent development environments.
• Strong strategic thinking and results-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in data analysis and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent collaboration and leadership skills.
