Responsibilities

• Impart cultural workshops (semester, summer, and express) to foster artistic skills and student competencies.
• Present workshop results during the Cultural Festival to provide students with meaningful experiential activities.
• Manage and coordinate artistic collaborations and linkages both internally and externally at local, national, and international levels.
• Oversee artistic content for stage productions within the Cultural Festival to ensure alignment with production guidelines.
• Coordinate cultural events from initial concept through execution.
• Support the campus Art and Culture direction in following up on assigned artistic commitments.
• Manage opportunities for artistic leadership development for students across preparatory, professional, and postgraduate levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an arts or cultural field.
• Proven experience in cultural event coordination.
• Experience in teaching or instructional roles.
• Proactive attitude and strong collaborative skills.
• Availability to travel as required.
