Responsibilities

• Provide academic guidance and emotional support to high school students to help them achieve student success and integral well-being.
• Guide students through their decision-making processes and ensure all scheduled accompaniment moments in the Student Journey are met.
• Monitor the academic progress of the assigned student generation.
• Develop academic and well-being strategies to increase student satisfaction and recommendation rates.
• Maintain open communication and build trust with students, parents, and legal guardians through individual or group interactions.
• Apply the ECO model and current referral protocols to manage and channel high-risk cases.
• Coordinate intercultural experiences and participate in national events defined by the National Accompaniment Directorate.
• Supervise student mentoring programs and promote student society activities.
• Lead group mentoring sessions for assigned students.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (with professional license and certificate/Título y Cédula) in Pedagogy, Psychology, Education, or Human Development.
• Over 2 years of experience working as a teacher or tutor for adolescents.
• Proven experience interacting with parents and guardians.
• Experience in intercultural activities or organizing student travel.
• Experience in vocational guidance.
• Strong skills in teamwork, positive leadership, effective communication, emotional intelligence, and event organization.
