Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and accompaniment to high school seniors to support their decision-making processes.
• Ensure all academic and well-being milestones defined in the Student Journey are met.
• Monitor the academic progress of the assigned student generation.
• Develop academic and well-being strategies to increase student satisfaction and engagement.
• Manage the application of national information collection instruments.
• Maintain open communication and build trust with students, parents, and legal guardians.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, Education, or Human Development.
• Valid professional license (Título y Cédula) is required.
• At least 2 years of experience as a teacher or tutor for adolescents.
• Proven experience in career guidance, vocational testing, and decision-making support.
• Experience interacting with parents and guardians in an educational setting.
