Responsibilities

• Provide academic monitoring and follow-up for students to ensure high academic quality.
• Generate and track student retention and permanence reports.
• Manage student and parent relations, including conflict resolution and situation control.
• Organize and coordinate formative activities, events, and meetings with parents.
• Ensure 100% compliance with the analytical program and accompaniment strategies.
• Utilize digital tools to manage group control and academic tracking.

Requirements

• University degree in Administration, Education, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience in the educational sector.
• Experience in student retention and internal communication.
• Experience in event organization and group management.
• Proficiency in digital tools and effective communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy, leadership, and emotional control.
