Responsibilities

• Inspire and accompany students through an integral and personalized educational experience to foster academic continuity.
• Implement action plans to increase student motivation, sense of belonging, and reduce early dropout rates.
• Design high-impact educational experiences such as challenges, bootcamps, and business visits.
• Coordinate with mentors and leaders to follow up with students during key decision-making moments.
• Act as a subject matter expert on study plans, guiding students on competencies and employability.
• Participate in vocational attraction activities, workshops, and institutional events.
• Collaborate with directors to ensure institutional presence at partner schools and academic events.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering (title required).
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in academic management, student loyalty, or admission processes.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing academic experiences or linkage projects.
• Strong orientation toward results and management of KPIs.
• Effective communication skills and ability to deliver high-impact presentations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in educational management, leadership, innovation, or educational marketing.
• Experience in teaching.
• Proficiency in using technologies for learning.
