Responsibilities

• Inspire and accompany students through an integral and personalized academic experience to strengthen their connection with the university.
• Collaborate with academic directors and leaders to ensure formative experiences communicate the value of Tecmilenio's programs.
• Design and implement academic engagement strategies, including workshops, bootcamps, and experiential activities (challenges, contests, company visits).
• Coordinate with mentors and faculty leaders to support student continuity and academic permanence.
• Manage student loyalty by following up with students at risk of early withdrawal and implementing integration plans for new students.
• Act as a subject matter expert in assigned study plans to provide clarity on competencies and employability routes.
• Deliver elective courses or short certificates to reinforce program positioning.

Requirements

• Degree in the health sector (Psychology, Nutrition, etc.) is indispensable.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in academic management, student loyalty, or admissions processes.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing academic experiences or linkage projects.
• Experience working towards specific goals and managing KPIs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to deliver high-impact presentations.
• Proficiency in learning technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree.
• Previous teaching or instructional experience.
• Expertise in experience design and innovation.
