Responsibilities

• Inspire and accompany students through an integral and personalized academic experience.
• Guide students in their professional decision-making processes to build confidence in their future.
• Drive student continuity, permanence, and loyalty within academic programs.
• Generate high-value academic experiences and manage student engagement.
• Reduce the number of discarded applicants through effective follow-up and engagement.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless academic management and brand positioning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Engineering degree.
• 2-3 years of experience in academic management, student loyalty, or admission processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for KPI management.
• Experience in event planning and public relations.
• Strong skills in self-management, results orientation, effective communication, and proactivity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree.
• Experience in teaching or academic instruction.
• Experience in designing and implementing academic experiences or linkage projects.
