Responsibilities

• Co-create academic experiences including challenges, bootcamps, and company visits
• Collaborate with directors and leaders to organize innovative workshops and contests
• Participate in national journeys to connect prospects with academic programs
• Support recruitment and engagement through Open Houses, tours, and information sessions
• Conduct in-person interviews with students regarding retention and academic continuity
• Manage admission requests, examinations, and scholarship reporting
• Deliver elective subjects or short certification courses
• Manage class schedules and administrative academic processes

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering or a related field (Title required)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in academic management, student loyalty, or admission processes
• Proven experience in designing and implementing academic experiences or linkage projects
• Experience working with goals and KPIs
• Strong data analysis and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and high-impact presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in educational management, leadership, innovation, or educational marketing
• Teaching experience
• Proficiency in educational technologies and learning management tools
