Responsibilities

• Analyze sales indicators in assigned areas to identify opportunities and propose action plans to achieve sales objectives.
• Identify and follow up on store opportunities to ensure facilities are in optimal condition for an attractive shopping experience.
• Supervise and integrate the team to maintain an attractive store image aligned with market trends, promotions, and company strategies.
• Monitor customer service provided by collaborators to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Supervise the execution of visual merchandising and setups based on work plans and corporate guidelines.

Requirements

• Completed high school education (Preparatoria Terminada).
• Experience working in department stores.
• Experience in merchandise management.
