Líder de Equipo Sr - Torre de Control

Responsibilities

• Lead the Control Tower team to ensure real-time visibility across the entire logistics operation
• Monitor critical KPIs and trigger contingency plans when indicators deviate from expected ranges
• Participate in daily Tier 3 meetings to capture data on operational issues and coordinate with the correct stakeholders
• Develop analytical routines to identify bottlenecks, predict risks, and propose structural operational improvements
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to support leadership decision-making
• Collaborate actively with Operations and support areas
• Form, engage, and develop the team, fostering a culture of high performance and shared responsibility

Requirements

• Technical or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Quality, Engineering, Administration, or related fields
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Strong knowledge of SQL or query logic for database management
• Experience with agile methodologies or operational management frameworks (Lean, Kaizen, or PDCA)
• Availability to work onsite in Guarulhos/SP
