Líder de Equipe Sênior de Logística - Mercado Envios

Responsibilities

• Manage people and operational routines, including control of work shifts, overtime, and team engagement.
• Conduct periodic feedback and development meetings to strengthen team performance and professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety standards and promote a culture of accident prevention.
• Manage logistics processes such as receiving, sorting, shipping, inventory, and returns to ensure service levels are met.
• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective or preventive action plans based on data analysis.

Requirements

• Higher education degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven experience in leadership and team management within complex logistics operations.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (specifically Google Sheets and Presentations).
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Availability to work on-site in Campo Grande/MS, following specific shifts (00:00-07:30, 06:00-14:20, or 16:00-00:04) from Monday to Saturday.
