About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and monitor morning meetings with the team to communicate commercial strategy and project progress.
- Supervise and monitor the daily routines of sales managers under your charge.
- Track daily KPI progress and generate continuous improvement action plans.
- Coordinate with the Distribution area to ensure correct product delivery.
- Oversee team visit schedules to ensure efficiency standards are met for every client type.
- Control fundamental KPIs including Global Efficiency, Coverage, Execution Index, and profitability.
- Manage value dialogue at the Point of Sale (POS) to maintain the client portfolio and build long-term relationships.
- Negotiate and manage primary positions in cooling equipment, validating all agreements.
- Provide coaching to Sales Advisors to execute field opportunities.
- Align execution tasks with the "Success Photo" standards to guarantee optimal marketing activities at the POS.
Requirements
- Completed technical studies in Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales.
- Availability to work from Monday to Saturday.
