Licensing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Submit applications for licenses, establishment card renewals, and necessary amendments
• Review all renewal application details to ensure complete accuracy
• Monitor and update the CRM system with high attention to detail
• Identify errors and coordinate with Renewal CROs and Consultants for corrective actions
• Track the status of license renewals and provide regular updates to relevant employees
• Collaborate with finance, sales, and operations departments to facilitate the renewal process
• Assist the renewals team to ensure efficient process execution and team performance

Requirements

• Full English proficiency
• Intermediate computer literacy, specifically with MS Office
• Demonstrated experience with data processing and CRM systems
• Proficiency in basic accounting principles and moderate mathematical skills
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multicultural team

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of CRM platforms
• Additional spoken languages
• Industry knowledge relating to licensing, amendments, cancellations, and immigration processes
