Licensing Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete DHA /MOH/DOH licensing process for healthcare professionals including physicians, dentists, nurses, and pharmacists
• Review and verify licensing documents to ensure compliance with DHA requirements
• Prepare and submit new license applications, renewals, transfers, and upgrades through DHA portals
• Coordinate DataFlow verification, Primary Source Verification (PSV), and examination requirements
• Monitor application status and follow up with DHA for approvals
• Coordinate healthcare facility licensing applications, renewals, modifications, and expansions
• Ensure facility compliance with standards, regulations, and licensing requirements
• Assist in obtaining approvals for facility design, fit-out, and operational changes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in DHA professional licensing and healthcare facility licensing
• Strong knowledge of DHA regulations and licensing procedures
• Experience using DHA Sheryan and related regulatory systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and online licensing portals
