Licensing Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete DHA, MOH, and DOH licensing processes for healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and pharmacists.
• Prepare and submit new license applications, renewals, transfers, and amendments through DHA portals.
• Coordinate DataFlow verification, Primary Source Verification (PSV), and examination requirements.
• Oversee healthcare facility licensing, including applications for new clinics, medical centers, pharmacies, and laboratories.
• Ensure facility compliance with standards, regulations, and licensing requirements for expansions or ownership changes.
• Monitor application statuses and follow up with regulatory authorities to ensure timely approvals.
• Maintain accurate licensing records and provide guidance to management regarding regulatory updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience specifically in DHA professional and healthcare facility licensing.
• Strong knowledge of DHA regulations, licensing procedures, and healthcare compliance.
• Hands-on experience using the DHA Sheryan system and other regulatory portals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and document management skills.
