Licensing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end process of product concept approvals and ensure all licensing requirements are met
• Obtain necessary approvals from licensors and teams for all product concepts with proper documentation
• Maintain accurate records of licensor feedback and project status using internal software and external systems
• Act as a primary point of contact for licensors regarding art approvals and maintain strong working relationships
• Coordinate and manage assets supplied by licensors to ensure timely distribution to internal teams
• Administer required design changes and ensure initial design development meets all licensing requirements
• Assist teammates with licensing-related issues and help lead the resolution of licensing challenges cross-functionally
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of licensing processes and team efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a similar field of study
• 3+ years of professional experience in Licensing or Brand Management
• High level of attention to detail and a keen understanding of contractual language
• Strong organizational, documentation, and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
